Unwind your body and quiet your mind at Reflect & Restore — a gentle, slow-paced floor stretch class designed to release physical tension through long, relaxing holds. No prior yoga experience is needed, making this a welcoming space for anyone looking to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
Each session pairs deep, restorative movements with a reflection drawn from Jumu’ah Gems, blending physical release with spiritual grounding. As your body softens and settles, these moments of reflection invite the heart and mind to settle too — leaving you feeling renewed, centered, and at peace.
Led by Kinza Shekhani, Yoga Instructor and author of Jumu’ah Gems, this class offers a nurturing escape from the pace of everyday life and a chance to restore in the company of the Jannah Circle community.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and small towel, and come ready to stretch, reflect, and restore. Spaces are limited, so please RSVP to reserve your place.

Kinza Shekhani is an Engineering Manager and a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher who explores the intersection of professional life, mindfulness, and spiritual devotion. Deeply passionate about bridge-building and shared humanity, she dedicates her time to leading interfaith initiatives, fostering dialogue and connection across diverse communities of faith.
