Arooj Mirza
What started as a personal fitness journey in 2015 became a true lifestyle — but it was during her third pregnancy that she discovered her deepest passion. Faced with diastasis recti (a four-finger abdominal separation) and a compromised pelvic floor, she turned to Pilates not just for exercise, but for healing.
That experience changed everything.
After two years training on the reformer and immersing herself in the fundamentals of core-based movement, she is now completing her certification through Club Pilates’ Teacher Training Program, with her Junior Trainer credential already under her belt.
Her approach is rooted in what she knows firsthand — that breathwork and intentional core engagement are transformative tools, not just for athletes, but for anyone starting fresh or rebuilding from the inside out.
